55th Cyberspace Squadron (55 CYS) is seeking solution to sustain our current licensing, 24/7 telephone
support of our current SIPRNet VMware Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) & Virtualized Data Center
environments operating on both NIPRNet & SIPRNet Enclaves. Additionally, the requirement is to add a
partial (1 day per week) onsite VMware Technical Account Manager (TAM-TIER-1-F) & three two week
(80 hours each) VMware Senior Consultant engagements during the months of November 2023, March
2024 & August 2024 in support of the environments listed in this requirement to be performed by
certified VMware technicians. Lastly, the contract shall include 3 each 1 year subscriptions (EDU-VLZE-0-
2) to VMware On-Demand Enterprise Learning subscriptions for 55 CYS personnel to attend and gain
advanced knowledge of VMware applications.
