This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, and facilities to provide trash and refuse removal services at the locations designated in the attached scope of work.
