Updated Statement of work has been posted listed under attachment 2 of RFQ. This updated Statement of work includes room numbers and model Numbers for each Cassette.

Description of Service: Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor. All materials and accessories shall be installed in accordance with (IAW) industry standards, manufacturer’s recommendations. Contractor shall complete the removal and replacement binding of liquid line and gas thermistors. Contractor shall supply qualified Daikin Technicians to provide all installation of genuine DAIKIN thermistors and fan motors.
If interested and capable of fulfilling the requirements listed in the statement of work (SOW) please complete the attached RFQ and return to me no later than suspense date 21 July 2023 10am CST. If any questions please have the attached with your sources sought questionaire NLT 18 July 2023 10am CST.
