Under the authority 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to award a sole source contract to Northrop Grumman Corporation, to provide technical services to the Shipyard for troubleshooting and repairs of the Emergency Propulsion Motor Controller (EPMC) onboard a 688 class submarine.
A sources sought notice regarding this requirement, Notice ID 23-EPTG, was posted on 6/30/2023 and closed on 7/5/2023.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310; size standard for this NAICS is $8,000,000.00. Product Service Code is J036 – Maint/Repair/Rebuild Of Equipment- Special Industry Machinery.
