The U.S. Department of Transportation, Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA is soliciting vendors to perform dockside repairs onboard the Training Ship State of Maine (TSSOM). Issuance of a firm fixed price purchase order is anticipated for services and materials to perform this work.
