Project: RIA34557 – Boiler & Generator Integration-NSFB
The project includes but is not limited to the installation of emergency generator and integration of the building HVAC electrical load onto the emergency generator. The project also includes mechanical, electrical, BAS, interior finishes, generator room, firestopping, sprinkler and fire alarm controls, and lead based paint as shown on the specifications and drawings.
NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to Small Businesses / Small Disadvantaged Business / HUBZone Small Businesses / Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses / Women-Owned Small Business Concerns Eligible Under the Women-Owned Small Business Program contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 Small Business (SB) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the geographical area of Iowa. Only the official Point of Contact for contract holders as described above will be granted access to the solicitation documents.
