The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove and replace existing control tower roof at Cecil M. Harden Lake located at 3391 S Dam Rd., Rockville, Indiana 47872. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
Contractor shall be National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) certified.
Note: The contract award will be based on Low Price. One Firm Fixed Price award will be made from this Solicitation.
Bonding is required for this procurement action.
Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure
to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the
RFQ and the quote will be rejected. Offerors should complete the price breakout schedule within this solicitation.
Quotes are due on 4 August 2023 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Electronic submittals will be accepted and may be emailed to Joel.Huberman@usace.army.mil.
