Update 7/28/2023: Amendment 0001 is hereby issued. This amendment clarifies the number of BTUs per boiler unit and updates the schedule of prices. To be considered for award, interested vendors need to complete/have completed the solicitation (if already bid), and complete and sign the amendment and submit bid and/or revised bid by the new closing date of 8/2/2023.

A1: Water boiler tube is preferred.
Q2: What System Fluid Type? 100% Water or Propylene Glycol? Please specify percentage.
A2: The system fluid type is Glycol with a range of 200 to 300 gallons.
Q3: What is the Main Piping Size?
A3: It starts out a 2 inch for a foot then increases to a 2 ½ inch for ten feet then back down to 2 inch.
Q4: What is the main System GPM Flow?
A4: It is a 25 GPM Pump is a Bell & Gossett Model #FVB56T17D5598D P
Q5: What are the Existing Expansion Tank Size/Dimensions and type: Ceiling Compression Bladder/Diaphragm?
A5: It’s a Bladder Tank / Amtrol Tank Size ST30VC.
