The 176th Wing, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK, invites you to an Invitation For Bid (IFB) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for Repair Fire Panel & Alarm Device, Hangar 21/Bldg 17455 on the 176th Wing campus, Alaska Air National Guard, JBER, AK. The magnitude of this project, to include options, is between $25,000 - $100,000.
A bid bond is NOT required.
The total Construction duration is 30 days ANP for the base bid, 30 days ANP for options.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The Government anticipates this opportunity to be a total small business set- aside. The small business size standard is $45 million average annual revenue. Your attention is directed to FAR CLAUSE 52.219-14 (b) (4) LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING which states "By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror /Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees" applies to this project.
