Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide and install roof-top screening, on the north and south ends of the visible HVAC units (2-on 2ndstory roof; 1-on 1st story roof), meeting City of Allen code, and in coordination with structural drawings provided by Charles Gojer & Associates, Inc., attached hereto and made part of this Request for Quote, Solicitation # 2016-3-113. 1. Obtain permits through City of Allen Building Services Department 2. Field verify all conditions, including but not limited to, existing locations of roof member locations and sizes. 3. Provide and install all bracing, supports, metal screening panels, welding, equipment, materials, and labor. 4. Provide and implement all roof work 5. Obtain final inspections 6. Provide 2 year maintenance bond
