The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to repair by replacement the roof of building 10-040 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), and specifications contained in this solicitation.
This combined synopsis and solicitation was prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures, therefore progress payments will not be authorized in accordance with FAR 32.003.
