The Monongahela National Forest, Gauley RD Office Roof replacement project shall consist of the removal and legal disposal of the approximately 9,000 Square Feet of existing metal shake roof, underlayment, metal roof flashings, drip edge, and fasteners. After removal, the work shall also include the installation of full replacement of synthetic underlayment, architectural shingle roof, drip edge, valley/ridge shingles, as well as the installation of step flashings, pipe/vent penetration flashings, and
other items associated with a watertight roofing installation. There are bid options for approximately 350 feet of gutter replacement as well as replacement of approximately damaged sheathing.
