The Southern Hardwoods Lab is a 17,327 square-foot building, constructed in 1962. The building is a one-story structure and is primarily used as office space, with some supporting research laboratory and storage space. The building will be occupied during the execution of this work. The building utilizes 4 Air Conditioning units to cool the building. Two of the three Air Handling Units have leaking evaporator coils and are no longer functional. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials required to replace the leaking evaporator coils with new coils.
