The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 238910 with a size standard of $19M. This acquisition will be handled as an Request for Quote (RFQ) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award (LUMP SUM) is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $25,000 and $50,000.
Work under this contract is located at the Dellenbaugh Administrative site, which is an isolated remote facility of Parashant National Monument, located on the Arizona Strip in
Northwest Arizona and is approximately 90 miles south of St. George, UT at an elevation of 6200 feet. The facility is accessible by a series of county maintained, unimproved dirt roads. Travel time is estimated to be from 2.5 to 3.5 hours, one way, from St. George, UT Facility operates seasonally (April 15 to November 15) with temperatures ranging from 15° F to 100° F during the work season.
The Work consists of:
A. Provide full RV site hookups (culinary water, electrical - 50-amp service, and wastewater connections) to two new RV/trailer parking pads within the Dellenbaugh Administrative Site, AZ.
B. Construct two RV/trailer parking sites.
C. Connect existing culinary water source to new RV/trailer sites.
D. Connect existing electrical to new RV/trailer sites
.
E. Connect existing wastewater system to new RV/trailer sites.
F. Furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete project.
