Amendment 0001 changes the Statement of Work period of performance end date to 6/30/2024
Bureau of Land Management Upper Colorado River District - Lands End and Wagon Park Cultural Resource Inventory, Colorado.
The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a Class III archaeological Cultural Resource Inventories of 3,113 acres at Lands End and Wagon Park in Colorado.
Details are included in the solicitation and Statement of Work and maps attached to this RFQ. No site visit is scheduled.
This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The NAICS associated with this solicitation is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services, which has a small business size standard of $19M.
Award decision will be based on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable basis. See provision FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation on page 3 of the solicitation.
Technical questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing only via email to the Contract Specialist Laura StJohn at lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Thursday July 13, 2023 at 4:00 pm MT. Any questions received will be answered via an amendment to the solicitation on or about Tuesday July 18, 2023. If no questions are received no amendment will be issued. In order to ensure all offerors have the same information questions will not be accepted by telephone, they must be emailed and the answers will be provided in the amendment.
Quotes shall be submitted via email to lstjohn@blm.gov by no later than Tuesday July 25, 2023 at 4:00 pm MT. Be sure to include the RFQ number (140L3723Q0100) in the subject line of the email to ensure your quote is properly identified. All quotes received will be acknowledged with a return email. Due to system limitations submissions through sam.gov or FBMS/PRISM will not be accepted. Offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (sam.gov) as of the closing date and time of this solicitation.
