This is a non-personal services contract to provide a maintenance contract to provide telephone troubleshooting, on-site troubleshooting, diagnosing and repair of problems, both software and hardware, provide list of parts or equipment that need replacement. Procurement and installation of replacement parts, and semiannual maintenance and adjusting of Video wall LED tiles. To ensure an operable system for Mission Command Training Program (MCTP). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
