The solicitation SPE300-23-R-X010 has been issued.
Offerors must email responses to the email addresses identified on page 3 of the solicitation.
Every page of the offer (which includes all 77 pages of the solicitation and a copy of the
completed schedule of items spreadsheet) must be received by the designated email addresses identified in
the solicitation before 3:00 pm local Philadelphia time of July 5, 2023.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Troop Support) intends to support the needs of its customers by entering
into one (1) Indefinite Quantiy Contract (IQC) per group to supply Fresh Milk and Dairy Items to the customers
stated below. This solicitation contains the estimated milk and dairy item requirements for customers in the
Nebraska area. The solicitation contains one group servicing Troop customers in the Nebraska area.
These delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Milk and Dairy Items for delivery beginning July
16, 2023 through July 11, 2026.
