Specifications include, but are not limited to: The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is soliciting proposals for conducting aerial chemical applications within a specific time period throughout the growing season to coincide with the target weed for best control or eradication. Noxious weeds as declared by the State will be the main focus of this contract. Although, troublesome weeds that are not yet declared noxious will also be considered. The areas to be treated on the state WMAs in Sheridan, Wells, Eddy, and Foster counties will be between 3,000 and 5,000 acres annually. Six separate WMAs are to be included in this contract. Approximately seventy percent of the work will occur in Sheridan and Wells counties.
