This is a solicitation to provide health care support for the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The services will be of a nature and scope described in detail in the Performance Work Statement. The contract Health Care Provider (CSP) will work in conjunction with other appointment clerk, professionals, and non-contract personnel. The contactor shall provide the service of Appointment Clerks to be performed at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and other satellite clinics, Ft Campbell, KY 42223 as directed by the Chief, Clinical Support division. The Contractor shall perform services in accordance with the ethical professional standards of the health care industry. See attached SF 1449 for details.
