This is a combined synopsis/solicitation being issued to procure BRAND NAME Atlas Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR) Model Cameras.The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Information Technology Laboratory (ITL) is required to purchase of Brand name Lucid Vision Labs short wave infrared (SWIR) cameras as part of sensor platform development for robotic operations. These SWIR cameras when integrated with existing robotic systems will provide additional multispectral information aiding in the classification and analysis of unstructured environments.
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Govenrnment, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
1. Lowest Price and
2. Technically Acceptable

It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and informartion for the Governement to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may be cause for rejection of your quote. Please complete the attached SF 1449 including Section G and return the quote.
**** The purpose of this amendment is to update the Description of Requirements (DOR) in Section C to increase the quantity required. See attached amendment for details. Please note that any company that provides a quote may be required to be an authorized reseller to be able to provide this brand name.
