REMODEL KELSO DEPOT PUBLIC RESTROOMS - Mojave National Recreation Area, CA

The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236118 with a size standard of $45M. This acquisition will be handled as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. Place of performance will be Kelso Depot, California (Mojave National Preserve).
The Work consists of: Interior renovation of the existing men’s restroom, women’s restroom, all gender restroom, janitor closet, and electrical closet inside the existing comfort station next to Kelso Depot. The project includes new finishes, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and painting. Exterior work includes light fixture replacement, installation of new wall-mounted drinking
fountains, and new water shut-off valve. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications and drawings.
