PURPOSE: This is a Request for Information(RFI)/Sources Sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The NCO 15 Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy(CMOP), Contracting office is conducting market research only to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources (including SDVOSBs & VOSBs) and is issuing this Sources Sought Notice for the following pharmaceutical: Abaloparatide 80MCG/0.04ML Pen 1.56ML (NDC: 70539-0001-02), to be delivered to two separate sites: Tucson, Arizona, quantity: 900 boxes (1 unit per box) over a 3-month period, with a delivery schedule of 300 boxes per month, and 7 quarterly options for the same quantity and delivery schedule Charleston, South Carolina, quantity: 360 boxes (1 unit per box) over a 3-month period with a delivery schedule of 120 boxes per month, and 7 quarterly options of same quantity and delivery schedule To be considered, vendors must: Be registered in Sam.gov under NAICS code 325412 (Pharmaceutical Preparation manufacturing) Provide Pedigree for pharmaceuticals Must be the Manufacturer of the item or; an Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer of the item or; an Authorized Distributor of a Reseller who is an Authorized Distributor of the Manufacturer of the item and can provide a Letter of Authorization from the Manufacturer showing them as an Authorized Distributor, along with a Letter of Good Standing from the Reseller Offers are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request for information.
