MODIFICATION Extending request for quote date and delivery by date.
The work shall consist of but is not limited to the design, purchase, and delivery of a
prefabricated steel trail bridge superstructure, substructure (pre-cast concrete grade beams), and
all necessary components and hardware to the project location as indicated on the plans.
Installation and construction work by others.
The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies
and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the
manufacturer’s shop drawings, and as described in the Standard Specifications (FP-14) and
Forest Service Supplemental Specifications (FSSS).
Responding businesses will have NAICS code 237310 in their SAM portfolio or
will add the code before award of contract. Please completely fill the RFQ
document (each section) and return to andrea.marks-cash@usda.gov by the
indicated response date and time.
