**** This is NOT a solicitation**** A Sources Sought Notice is a government market research tool to determine if there are two (2) or more capable businesses or Small Businesses that can perform the requirements of a planned contract. It is not a Request for Quote (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB). It’s used by the government in developing Acquisition Strategies.
The purpose of this Sources Sought is to determine if a small business can perform the work required. We encourage all small business concerns in all socioeconomic categories (i.e. Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), 8(a), Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business concerns (WOSB), to identify their capabilities in meeting the requirement.
The Indiana National Guard is NOT seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this sources sought synopsis.
All interested professional, commercial, businesses should provide a brief capabilities statement to include their socioeconomic categories to robert.w.marszalek.civ@army.mil. Again, this is not a solicitation. Your capabilities statement will have no effect on any future solicitations surrounding this requirement.
A pre-solicitation notice is expected to be published in the near future and will provide more information concerning the actual solicitation.
