The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement to replace the Fire Alarm at the Harpers Ferry Job Corps Center, Harpers Ferry, WV.
This requirement is being solicited under FAR 13 – Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), in conjunction with FAR Part 36, with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. One (1) award will be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in 13.106-2 (b).
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
