Specifications include, but are not limited to:Program Specifications: Work directly with the district and the schools to ensure that purposeful, quality program and supervision is maintained in each area of assigned responsibility. Staff should exhibit the personal ability, skills and disposition to perform short term intervention with students. Provide each school with a staff member to assist in monitoring responsibilities in the areas of the school as requested by each building administrator. The vendor will provide weekly monitoring and supervision of their hired Staff. The vendor will ensure that Staff has successfully completed yearly training in the areas of de-escalation, character education, behavior modification, conflict mediation, and re-direction (training records to be provided to district and building administrators) and demonstrates the knowledge and skills to work with students and appropriately employ de-escalation, character education, behavior modification, re-direction and crisis reduction strategies when appropriate. Working with building administration, the vendor will ensure that the staff who is hired to monitor in each school are meeting the expectations to perform the duties of the job
