This project is to replace the existing Johnson Controls Metasys building automation system with Niagara N4 building automation system which meets current GSA standards.
NOTICE: This solicitation will only be available to Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 Small Business (SB) Multiple-Award, Design Build Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Task Order Contract for Construction Services, for the geographical area of Iowa. Only the official Point of Contact for contract holders as described above will be granted access to the solicitation documents.
