Q1: What is tie-in size of the pipe and how far is the water tie in.
A1: Waterline coming into each house is 3/4" copper. Water connect is on-site.
Q2: What "fixtures" requires a water feed in each of the colony houses and approximate gpm of each? We
A2: We will need a 1/2" copper coming thru the concrete next to sidewall for each long side of the bldg.
Q3:What size water service is required for each colony house?
A3: 3/4" copper inlet
Q4: What is the length of water service we should budget?
A4: Waterline connection is on-site.
Q5: Are we connecting to existing water or meter set?
A5: Water meter is already existing. Yes
Q6: What is the length of sewer service we should budget? Are we tapping the main or connecting to an existing sewer service?
A6: Sewer service is terminated on-site for easy connection.
Q7: Do we have a spec on the medicators we are to provide?
A7: Dositron D128r or similiar qty 2 per bldg
Q8: What is the length of gas service we should budget?
A8: Gas line is terminated on site. Entire site is on 1 meter existing at the street.
Q9: Are we connecting to a single meter set for each?
A9: NO
Q10: Is an RPZ/PRV required for each colony house?
A10: Yes. in the closet with the water heater.

C. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of
this construction project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
D. Prospective offerors shall complete block 14, 15 and 19.
