This requirement is for the procurement of one (1) mobile air traffic control (ATC) tower for the 55th Operations Support Squadron (55 OSS). To support Offutt AFB flying operations the Tower team has developed a plan to utilize a portable building as an alternate ATC tower in the event of a natural disaster or any other situation in which the primary tower becomes unusable. The Mobile ATC shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics in the Statement of Need (attached).
