The purpose of this Amendment is to:
1. Post revised Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Extend Questions deadline from 15 June 2023 to 16 June 2023 (5:00 PM CST).
3. Extend Quotes deadline from 21 June 2023 to 23 June 2023 (5:00 PM CST).
4. Post Record of Attendance from Site Visit.
File Name: Record of Attendance - HVAC Repairs B3511, B3519
DESCRIPTION: The 17th Contracting Squadron at Goodfellow AFB, TX, is issuing a solicitation for HVAC repairs at one (1) compound with two (2) buildings, Building 3511 and Building 3519. The project consists of the Contractor replacing fourteen (14) Variable-Air-Volume units (VAV) boxes and associated Direct Digital Control (DDC) for Building B3311. For the second building the project consists of the Contractor replacing six (6) Gas Fired, Mixed Air Handler Units and associated thermostatic controls, and modify all ductwork as needed.
TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFQ will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract and will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is the most advantageous to the Government. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, and the small business size standard is no greater than $19 Million.
TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside.
CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 and $250,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(c).
DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to make award without discussions. However, the Government reserves the right to hold discussions if it is in the Government's best interest to do so. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the specified closing date. The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
REGISTRATIONS: Offerors shall have and shall maintain an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov to be eligible for a Government contract award. If at the time of award an Offeror is not actively and successfully registered in the SAM database, the Government reserves the right to award to the next prospective Offeror. It is the Contractor's responsibility to monitor the SAM.gov website for information, updates, and amendments regarding the solicitation.

- Site Visit parties shall submit Attachment 4 – Base Access Letter by 10:00 AM CST on 12 June 2023.
- Conference and Site Visit are scheduled at 10:00 AM CST on 14 June 2023.
- All Questions shall be submitted in writing by 2:00 PM CST on 15 June 2023.
- Quotes are due by 2:00 PM CST on 21 June 2023.
The anticipated date of award is 28 June 2023.
Completion Performance: 240 Calendar Days after receiving Notice to Proceed.
