General Information
The Libby Helibase has HVAC systems that are old and no longer functional, and they need to be replaced. There are three systems that need to be replaced, which are outlined in the CLIN structure of the contract. The new heating units will consist of an indoor propane furnace and air handler unit that houses the evaporator coil unit from an external AC condensing unit. The old systems need to be removed and disposed of, and the new systems need to be installed, tested, and fully operational.
The work will be performed at the following address: Libby Helibase, 4786 Farm to Market, Libby, MT 59923, Lincoln County.
