The purpose of this purchase is to procure nutritionally appropriate fertilizer for use at two (2) seed production and tree breeding orchards located on the Idaho Panhandle National Forests North Zone, Dry Creek and Grouse Creek. This fertilizer shall be mixed in various recipes appropriate for use in different blocks (sections) of the orchards, shall be in pelletized form, and delivered to the facilities where they shall be used, Dry Creek Seed Orchard or Grouse Creek Seed Orchard.
