This project is for the reconstruction of the Glen Ellis Day Use Area to include the improvement of the access road and parking area including relocation and new pavement and sidewalks; repair and construction of a portion of hiking trail; improvements to site drainage;reconstruction of a retaining wall; demolition and construction of vault toilet; and improvements to recreation features.
A pre-proposal meeting will be held for this project.

The Glen Ellis Falls Scenic Area is located off of the west side of White Mountain Road (NH-16) approximately 8.5 miles north of the junction of NH-16 with NH-16A in Jackson, New Hampshire.
The Government's estimate is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
A full solicitation package will be posted on or about May 29, 2023.
