STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) STERIS/AMSCO PREP & PACK WORK TABLES IFCAP Tracking Number: 586-23-2-943-0028 1. Contract Title. Procurement of the STERIS/AMSCO PREP & PACK WORK TABLES 2. Background. The SPS Department at the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMC is being renovated. During the renovation, the current tables were stored in the elements (2 years) and are no longer reliable and cannot be used in a Sterile Processing area. The Office for Sterile Processing (OSP) performed an inspection. OSP recommended new tables immediately current tables not acceptable or ergonomic for SPS Staff. SPS Staff will use these new workstation tables to prepare instrument trays for sterilization. Vendor shall provide 6 Prep & Pack work stations (tables) as described in the technical requirements below for the Montgomery VA Medical Center at 1500 E WOODROW WILSON AVE in Jackson, MS. 3. Scope. 4. Specific Tasks. None. 5. Training No training is required. 6. Warranty The contractor shall provide a one year manufacturer s warranty on all parts and labor. The warranty shall include all travel and shipping costs associated with any warranty repair. 7. Delivery The vendor shall provide the Steris/Amsco Prep & Pack Work Tables 39 within 9 weeks of purchase.
