Amendment 0001 provides Questions & Answers. Offerors are required to include a signed copy of Amendment 0001 with their quote submission packages.
This is a non-personal services contract to provide Maintenance and Repairs of Government owned
washers and dryers Marine Corps Base Hawaii and its Units at various locations across the Island of Oahu,
Hawaii. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, parts and
supplies, inspections, supervision and other items and nonpersonal services necessary as defined within this
Performance Work Statement (PWS). A listing of the types of appliances by location, number, and type is
provided at Technical Exhibit 1.
You must fill in box 17A on the first page of the Solicitation with your company name and cage code. You must also sign and date boxes 30 A,B, and C. Please quote your prices for CLINS 0001AA, AB, and AC for the base year of the contract followed by 1001AA, AB, and AC for the first option year, 2001 AA, AB, and AC for second option year and so on. The PWS for this contract begins on page 50 of the attachment. In addition your proposal should include a capabilities statement detailing what makes your company capable of executing this contract.
