Specifications include, but are not limited to:The work is to be bid and accomplished in two phases. Only Phase I work as identified on the plans shall be bid and accomplished at this time. Phase II work will be bid and accomplished at a later date under a separate contract. The work includes selective demolition and new construction. The new construction materials and work include carpet, ceramic tile, drywall, painting, acoustical lay-in ceilings, millwork, interior finish carpentry, sound attenuation insulation, wood doors, door hardware, glazing, toilet room accessories, identify devices/signage, mechanical/HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The work must be performed in two phases to accommodate on-going operations and occupancy by staff. Phase I encompasses the work in rooms A201, A202, A203, A204, A205, A206, A208, A209, A301, A302 and A303. This is the only work to be bid at this time
