This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform the providing of rental equipment to support the Major Maintenance Project at JT Myers Locks & Dam in Mount Vernon, Indiana. All equipment will be delivered to the lock site on the dates spelled out in the technical specifications.
25 May 2023: Amendment 0001 was made due to changes in the Price Breakout Schedule and Scope of Work, with the addition of the Representation and Certifications page.
1 June 2023: Amendment 0002 was made due to changes in the Special Instructions, specifically the point of contact.
05 June 2023: Amendment 0003 extends the quotation due date from 10:00 AM ET on 06 June 2023 to 10:00 AM ET on 09 June 2023.
