Specifications include, but are not limited to:1. Site improvements including parking lot resurfacing, striping, site lighting, grading, fencing and construction of new handicap ramp and sidewalk at the main entrance and other site work as shown on the drawings. 2. Removal and replacement of roof including removal, cleaning and replacement of stone coping. 3. Removal of existing HVAC equipment and installation of new system, including new air handling units and new ductwork and piping. 4. Refurbish existing chiller. 5. New electrical service, electrical panels, conduit and wiring and other electrical renovation. 6. New lighting and lighting renovation. 7. New plumbing and plumbing renovation. 8. Structural modification to existing ramp, stair landing support beam, exit stair and concrete floor and concrete floor alteration near the mechanical room area. 9. Demolition at various locations throughout the building. 10. New walls, doors and hardware. 11. Alteration to existing doors and refurbishing. 12. New ceilings including lay-in and gyp. bd. 13. Adjustment and refurbish of fire sprinklers and fire alarm system as required for a full operational system. 14. Removal of chalk and tack boards.
