Commercial industrial laundry service for Offutt AFB and tenant units. This will be a one (1) base year plus four (4) option years plus one (1) six month extension non-personal service contract requirement from FSS. This contract will clean mattress covers, pillow cases, pillows, sheets, bath mats, hand towels, bath towels, wash clothes, shop towels, rags, tablecloths, dish towels, napkins, aprons, oven mitts, and place mats. Pricing is done by weight (lbs) or item, per a Bid Schedule every year.
