Amendment 1.5 - Establishes Question Deadline, Firm Site-Visit Date, and Magnitude of Project
A. Questions are due by 12 June 2023 at 0800 Alaska Daylight Time.
B. Finalized site visit will be held on Tuesday, 30 May 2023 at 0900.
- All Offerors interested in attending the site visit must notify the Points of Contact no later than 72 hours in advance.
- Offerors are limited to no more than three persons per company. All persons must have valid government-issued identification and consent to a background check. Weapons are prohibited. Photography of restricted areas is prohibited.
- Offerors must be present at the Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson Visitor Control Center, Boniface Gate, no later than 0830, to allow for visitor passes and transit to the site.
C. The magnitude of this effort is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
Amendment 1 - Adds missing attachments
The 673d Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER) is soliciting offers from economically-disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB) firms for demolition of four unaccompanied housing units.
This requirement is solely for demolition, without follow-on construction, and is subject to 41 U.S.C. Chapter 67, Service Contract Labor Standards, as implemented under FAR 37.3.
A site visit is tentatively scheduled for 1 June 2023 at 0800 AKDT. Finalized site visit details will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation.
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs [incurred as a result of this solicitation]
