The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove fence for access to the existing wastewater treatment plant. Excavate and drain material in existing disconnected wastewater treatment plant. Remove wastewater treatment plant (chlorination tank, hypochlorinator housing, comminutor manhole, electrical distribution, and its associated components) and backfill with clean granular material. Install two (2) feet clay backfill with two (2) to three (3) inches of topsoil. Seed and/or sod backfilled area. Finish grade of the excavated area will be six (6) inches higher than the surrounding grade and sloped to drain surface water. Dispose of all materials in accordance with all state and federal regulations.
