The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, tools, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials and supplies as well as perform all work to install new metal roofs for eleven (11) shelters and options for (4) shower buildings as awarded with new Ag Panel, also known as Tough Rib (9” center to center of ¾” tall rib) metal roofs in the color of (or equivalent to) Sherwin Williams Hunter Green. Structures include 11 shelters and 4 shower buildings at Saylorville Lake in Polk County, Iowa. Work to be performed according to Statement of Work. Refer to Appendix A for shelter and shower building roof details. Refer to Appendix B for maps of shelter and shower building locations.
