Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for Fuel Management as described herein. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to insure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. B. BACKGROUND The State of Delaware has over 7000 passenger vehicles and assigns PIN numbers to approximately 18,000 drivers. Of that total, DelDOT has 1331 drivers with fuel PINS included in their MEMO transactions. The current service is provided by Fleetcor Technologies with an average aggregate monthly fuel consumption of 340,831 gallons and $632,778.30 bill averaging over the previous five (5) month period. DelDOT’s average monthly consumption is 96070 gallons and $86,587.84 billing over the previous five (5) month period. C. STATEMENT OF NEEDS The State is seeking a quality Fuel Management program provider capable of meeting the States requirements at the lowest cost available, and provided to the State in a timely and efficient manner.
