1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-23-R-0016 as an RFQ to procure two (2) eight (8) person hearing booths.
2) 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP) procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b).
3)Two Seperate Eight (8) person double walled hearing booths test chamber. Both booths are open floor plans equiped with one window integrated in the entrance door, interior lighting, interior cooling fan system, fire prevention alarm and emergency sprinkler system, armory security sytem, removable stool seating, ceiling mounted detachable curtains separating testers, wall mounted two-headed hooks for handsets and headsets at each station, and a bracketed mount for the CCA-200 mini and BAS-200 simulator. Current booths are soundproofed to both DoD & OSHA standards. The flooring is carpeted and walls are standard hard
surface jointed plates.
Equipment used: 16 each Benson Medical Instruments Model Nos. CCA-200 & CCA-200 mini with simulator BAS-200 with standard issue headsets and hand switches. Provided and calibrated yearly by Navy Medical. Computer systems utilize DOEHRS-HC/DR and require internet connectivity.

5) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
-Technical capability of the items offered to meet the Government requirement as described above;
-Shipping Time- Need to have booths in place by August 31, 2023
