THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, BUT RATHER A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION AND IS OPEN TO ALL INTERESTED SMALL BUSINESSES. The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, has as a need for janitorial services at the Flatiron Powerplant near Loveland, CO. The service will be performed at two locations: (1) 11056 West County Road, Loveland, CO and (2) 910 Van Buren Ave, Loveland, CO.
The janitorial services shall be performed in accordance with a Performance Work Statement (PWS). The services shall be performed between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m., Monday thru Friday (unless identified otherwise), holidays excluded. The floor space has been estimated at approximately 26,550 square feet. The attached document provides a Summary of Work with associated tasks to meet the janitorial service requirements.

Responses shall be submitted no later than 12 May 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (MDT).
