The responses to this Sources Sought will help to shape the acquisition strategy in developing a competitive requirement.
This market research is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of interested Women-Owned Small Business firms and will be utilized by the Government to make appropriate acquisition planning decisions.
The Columbia-Pacific Northwest (CPN) Regional Office of the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is conducting market research for a sonic drill rig 12¿ tooling and components. The proposed action is to procure tooling components that will provide the CPN region a greater opportunity to deliver professional drill expertise supporting Reclamation¿s critical mission. These 12¿ tooling components will allow the CPN drill crew to drill at all facilities and infrastructures throughout Reclamation while doing so in a safe and cost-efficient manner. Anticipated delivery location is Boise, Idaho.

Sources are being sought for firms with a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333132 ¿ Oil and Gas Field Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 1250 employees and a product service code of 3820, mining, rock drilling, earth boring, and related equipment. Responses are requested with the following information, which shall not exceed a total of five (5) pages:
1. Offerors¿ name, address, points of contact with telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, and Unique Entity ID and CAGE code (to verify business size in SAM.gov).
2. Business size/classification to include any/all additional designations as Large Business, Small Business, HUBZone, Woman Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, or 8(a) shall be indicated on first page of submission.
