The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469023Q0016, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures, for the 28th Security Forces Squadron (SFS) security cameras requirement. See the attached statement of work for more information.
This will be 100% Small Business set aside solicited under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 with a size standard of 750 employees. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
Attached to this solicitation notice is Attachment 1 Standard Form 1449, and Attachment 2 the Performance Work Statement for this requirement.
All questions and comments regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil and jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil no later than 19 May 2023 by 12:00pm MDT. Questions will be answered only via posting of an amendment to this solicitation on www.sam.gov.
A site visit will be held on 17 May 2023 at 9:00am MDT. If access to Ellsworth AFB is required, access must be coordinated at least 5 business days in advance. All interested and responsible entities are invited to submit a quote that will be considered by the 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. The award will be based on the criteria established in the solicitation.
Vendor quotes and all items required as listed within the Addendum to 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors, are due to be submitted no later than 24 May 2023 by 12:00pm MDT to jonathan.slayton@us.af.mil. Please title all submissions with the following subject line: “Quote – FA469023Q0016 – Solicitation – PIO Security Cameras”.
Small Business contractors submitting a quote must have and list within the quote the vendors assigned Cage Code and be registered and ACTIVE in the System of Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov in order to receive an award for this procurement.
