This Request For Proposal (RFP) for Unaccompanied Airmen Housing at CannonAir Force Base (AFB), NM is being posted for AFCEC/CI. Any subsequent transaction(s) will be executed under the authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 2661 (the "Enabling Statute"), as amended. This authority authorizes the Secretary of each military department to lease buildings and facilities and pay rent.
This is a Non-FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) transaction-it will not be awarded by 772 ESS.
The United States of America, acting by and through the Secretary of the Air Force (the “Government”), is seeking to lease off-base housing (“Housing”) for approximately 40 tenants with the potential to add additional housing for up to two hundred (200) tenants within a 25-mile radius from Cannon AFB, NM. The Government will only consider housing located in Clovis or Portales, NM.
