Specifications include, but are not limited to:Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship of State Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, the Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for the provision of HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) services for Projects #14-004-6454, #14-006-6456, #14-008-6458, and $14-019- 4107, in four state offices buildings located in Austin, Texas. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Testing Adjusting and Balancing services shall be performed for the Robert D. Moreton Building (RDM), DSHS Old Plant Building (DHOP), Robert E. Johnson Building (REJ), and William P. Clements Building (WPC) in Austin, Texas per the project plans, specification and testing matrix by Tom Green & Company Engineers.
