The 366th Financial Acquisition Squadron (Contracting Office) of the 366 Fighter Wing is conducting market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential small business sources to satisfy a one-time service for document, paper, and compact disk (CD/DVD) shredding and disposal services for the medical and veterinarian clinics at Mountain Home AFB, ID, 83648.
The estimated contract period for this requirement is from the award date through 30 September 2023. (Approximately 5 Months). The successful contractor shall provide/have the capability of collecting, shredding (on-site) paper, documents, and compact disks, and provide disposal/recycling of waste. Interested vendors must be capable of providing this service in accordance with all federal, state, local laws, regulations, while complying with all applicable regulations concerning the shredding/destruction of PHI/PII information.
The NAICS code for this requirement is 561990 - All Other Support Services (Document Shredding). The Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M.
Based on the requirement, at this time the government intends/is planning on conducting an Oral solicitation/Request for Quote(s) (RFQ). Subject to results, this office intends to solicit this requirement using a potential Small Business Set-aside to interested and capable vendors. It is anticipated that a one-time Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract will be issued for services to be performed.
